Help with pattern

I am knitting the Bamboozle Raglan Short Sleeve with Lace and Cable front panel.
It starts out knitting flat then join and knit in the round.
Next row forms center front of sweater: Turn and with right side facing and using cable cast-on method, cast on 23 sts for center front. Do not turn work.
K across of right front (right=right side of sweater as worn) and right sleeve without increasing.
Place a different color marker to designate this as beginning of rounds from here.
Next round: K1, yo, K to 1st before next marker, yo, K1. Repeat between* around joining the round.
K 1 round without increases.
From now on you will be knitting sweater in the round.
The other markers are for the raglan sleeves.
My question is do I start knitting in the round when I start the Next round or after the K1, yo K to 1st before next marker where the repeat between is where it states around, joining the round?
Thanks ,
Barb

You’ve cast on the sts for the center front. Then knit over the cast on sts and continue to knit the left front of the sweater and left sleeve as you would wear it. Then place a new beginning of round marker.
Next round: * K1, yo, K to 1st before next marker, yo, K1.* Repeat between* around
This is the joining round.

Thank you for your help. I now understand this part of the pattern.

I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

I will post a picture of this top when I am finished knitting it.

Thank you,

Barb
