I have 51 stitches on needles and have now come to these instructions. There is no picture of back of dress and no schematic ( I have learned not to by a pattern with so little info). But, for now, hereI am so if there is anyone out there that can help me, I would soooooo appreciate it.

The pattern is lovely.
It doesn’t count in the stitch that’s left after each bind off. Bind off 7sts, work across the next 10 sts in pattern (11sts on the right needle) then bind off the next 15sts and pattern to the end.
On the next row, bind off 7sts, work across the shoulder (shoulder #2) to the center gap. If you want to finish both sides at the same time, join a new strand of yarn, work across shoulder #1 and turn to the RS. Bind off 4 sts, work to the center gap, drop the yarn strand and pick up the shoulder #2 strand, work to the end of row, turn and bind off 4 sts. Finish out the row on shoulder #2 and #1. On the next two rows, bind off the last 7sts on each shoulder.
