Help with pattern please!

I’ve been wanting to try this scarf pattern and now it’s driving me nuts. The pattern reads as follows:
Cast on 30 stitches. Row 1: Slip 1, purl the rest of the row. Row 2: Slip 1, YO, K2, pass YO over 2 knitted stitches repeat from *. WHAT DO I DO WITH THE LAST STITCH???

What last stitch? Do you have one left at the end of the row? What pattern is this? A link to it is best, at least a name so maybe someone can find it is OK too.

I would knit the last stitch but knowing the pattern name, as GG requests, would help.

It’s just called Brown Berries Scarf. After slipping the first stitch, that leaves 29, you YO, knit 2 then pass the YO over the 2 stitches. It’s on Pinterest and Flickr, I’m not sure how to send the link.

Mmm, love the look.

Yup, I’d knit the last stitch. Makes the even number cast on work and keeps you from ending the row with the slipped stitch passed over. That should make a nicer edge too.

Thank you everyone! Your help is appreciated. And now to work on it. Thanks again.
