Help with Pattern for Bolero

Hi. I’m knitting a bolero and am at the neckband.

The directions say:

K2tog (YO and the st before it) at one end of the row and

K2tog (YO and the st after it) at the other end of the row.

If anyone knows what this means I could sure use some help.

You need to knit 2 together at the beginning and end of the row. This is supposed to turn out to be a stitch and the YO from the previous row will be worked together when you do this.

Yep, it’s the YO and st before it from the previous row that you ktog.
