Help with pattern: Fantasy Naturale Market Bag

I’m down to this part of the pattern:

Make handles:
Round 4: Knit 30, bind off 15, knit 35, bind off 15, knit 5.
Round 5: Purl 30, cast on 20 over the 15 bound off sts, purl 35, cast on 20 over the 15 bound off sts, purl 5. (110 sts.)
Round 6: Knit.
Round 7: Purl.
Round 8: Bind off all stitches loosely.

I’ve done round 4 but on round 5 how in the heck do you cast on 20 over the 15 bound off stitches? I can’t even imagine what to do!

I think it’s like casting on over the space for a buttonhole, only this adds 20 stitches instead of only 2 or 3.

You could do the backward loop cast on or a cable cast to get your 20 stitches. I belive there are videos for both methods on this site.

I guess it was the cast on over the other stitches that confused me. I got it and finished it!
