Help with Nob Hill Pattern

I’m working the Nob Hill Pattern, I’m having a problem with the sleeves. The pattern reads to pick up and knit stitches, I think I know how to do that but when I work the following rows after picking up the stitches It looks like my work is backwards. You have to fold the sleeves after worked and the rigid will be on the outside, or so it looks that way in the photo, but if i fold the sleeve the smooth or the RS will be on the outside. When I pick up the stiches, do I just pull the yarn through? Or am I missing a step? here is the link. Thank you for any help :hug: .

Recently there was a question about the sleeves of this shrug and I gave a rather lengthy reply that may be of some help. Read through this thread and see if you get any help. If this misses your need, come back to this thread and ask again, or just say, “That doesn’t address my problem”, or something of the sort and I’ll (and others) will give it closer attention and see if we can get it sorted out. :slight_smile:

I’m glad you found it and that it helped you figure it out for yourself. That happens a lot of the time. :slight_smile: I thought I had given a link to the thread, but I guess I didn’t. Sorry. I went back and added it in case others want to see it.
