Help with my pattern

I am knitting this baby hat and not sure what this means:
Shape Crown

1st Row. KO 14:0:4:01, (k2, k2tog, k4) 5 15:6:6:7] times, pl, patt 6, pl, (k4, s1, k1, psso, k2) 5 [5:6:6:7) times, k0 [4:0:4:0].

78 [86:92:100:106] sts.
Work 3 rows

What are the 3 rows?

Welcome to KnittingHelp!
It’s likely that the 3 rows are just worked in whatever the pattern is as set in previous rows, either stockinette or the fancy pattern stitch but without the decreases. Often hats have a decrease row to shape the crown followed by a row or more without decreases.
What is the name of your pattern and designer?

Thanks for that I will take a look. I downloaded it from Etsy so there is no name on the pattern
