Help with knitting instructions please!

Hi everyone :wave:

I was wondering if someone could help me understand a specific instruction.

I am new to knitting so decided to try knit some textured bootees-pattern P1307.

So far I’ve done okay completing all the rows, then it says “now work 10th to 17th rows inclusive” and I’m not sure what this means.

My guess is to now knit rows 10th,11th,12th,13th,14th,15th,16th and 17th.

Is this right? Could someone please explain why does means and what I need to do.

That’s right, but I don’t think I’ve seen it written that way before. It might have been clearer if they had just stated how many rows to knit.
