Help with Greenwich raglan pattern

Could someone please help me with the following pattern. I am knitting the 4th size and for the love of me i can’t figure this section out!

These are directions and a half but if you take them step by step and keep count you’ll be fine. I’ve actually made this sweater myself.
I’m assuming it’s the shaping under Shape raglan armholes that you’re asking about. The “Next row” sets the placement of the decreases in from the edges.
If you call that “Next row,” row 1 then the decreases at each end are on rows 1,5, then rows 9,13,17,21,25,29 and 33. Next dec at each end on rows 39,45,51,57,63,69,75,81,87,93,99,105,111 and 117.

Remember that each decrease is a 2 stitch decrease so on each decrease row you will be decreasing 4sts.
