HELP with Easy Swing coat pattern

I am trying to make this “easy swing coat” but the directions are confusing me. I get to the end of row 4 and then i am not sure what to do on row 5 and the rest is okay i think except i am not sure what order to do things in or if i do them all at the same time. The full directions are below. Please help if you can. Thanks.

cast on 36
row 1-purl 4 sts & place a marker for right front, purl 6 sts & place marker for right sleeve, purl 16 sts & place marker for rear, Purl 6 sts & place marker for left sleeve, purl 4 sts for left front.

row2- knit inc 1 before and after each marker
row 3- purl, inc 1 st at beginning and end of row once
row 4- work as row 2
row 5 purl even
row 6- cast on 6 sts at the beginning and end of row for front section.

I’m sorry, I had to delete most of the pattern. You can’t post entire patterns because it’s considered copyright infringement. Just post the part of the pattern you are having problems with. It also helps if you can post a link to the pattern.

#5 is ‘purl even’ - that means just purl with no increases or decreases.

#6 cast on 6 stitches at the beginning and end of row - just do what it says. You are shaping the front section.
