And I can already see that I’m going to have trouble with the last section where I’m supposed to join things together… What things??? How??? :oo: The schematic for the crochet version should help, but it makes no sense to me.

If you mean the very last instructions, it looks like you’ll knit the two ends together. You’ll hold the needles parallel and, with a third needle knit one st from the front needle and one from the back together.

That worked out perfectly! As for the short rows, I just went through and did them in stockinette - for some reason, the seed stitch was confusing me. Now I can do them the way the pattern suggests.
