Help with deciphering pattern please

Hi I’m new to knitting and making a bobble hat.

I’ve successfully completed the first 5cms of rib but I’ve no idea what next row is. I need to increase from 83 stitches to 95. I know how to make a stitch just don’t know what the rest means.

Rib 4[8:4], M1, (rib 8[6:6], M1) 9[11:13] times, rib to end 90[95:100] sts

Any help greatly appreciated

‘Rib’ just means work the stitches as they appear, and the numbers in the brackets indicate how many stitches in rib to knit before you increase again. I’m guessing you’re making the middle size; if so, you now need to work 8 stitches in rib, make one, then rib 6, make one 11 times, then continue working the rib stitch to the end of the row.
Numbers in square brackets, separated by colons, usually (but not always) correspond to the different sizes of the pattern.
