Help with Debbie Bliss Teddy Bear

I am working on a Debbie Bliss Teddy bear from the Baby Cashmerino book, and cannot figure out what she means by “work 3 rows”.

Moss st row: K1, [p1,k1] to end.
Next row: K1, p1, kpk, p1, k1, pkp, k1, p1, k1, pkp, k1, p1, kpk, p1, k1. 23 sts.

—> Here is where I am stuck. Now it says “Work 3 rows”. It looks like I am not supposed to end up with an increased number of stitches based on the # of stitches listed in the next row, but it is not clear on what I am supposed to be doing then when it says to “work 3 rows”.

Thanks!

Welcome to KnittingHelp!
Work 3 rows means to continue in the moss stitch pattern. You’ll be alternating knit and purl sts for this pattern and since the number of sts doesn’t increase, just continue without changing stitch number.

That’s it-- thanks so much!
