Hi there
I’m looking for a bit of help with a knitting pattern -i’m just coming to the end of a cardigan (my first!) and have got a bit stuck at the border.
So it says:
Next row: rib 78, wrap 1, turn.
Next row: rib 14, wrap 1, turn.
Next row: rib 17, wrap 1, turn.
Next row: rib 20, wrap 1, turn.
Next row: rib 23, wrap 1, turn.
- I’ve done all these ok I think. The bit I’m getting stuck on is:
Work 18 rows working 3sts more between each wrap 1.
I don’t really understand what this means.
Do I need to work 18 rows of the full 142 stitches in the whole border? Or 18 rows repeating the pattern above? Or something else? And how do I work 3sts between each wrap? I don’t think I can easily see the wraps I’ve done.
Thank you very much in advance for any help you can provide.
