I have a pattern that says " Due to the cable twists on Rows 12,20,22 and 30, beginning of round is adjusted by 2st on these rows. " I am confused by this. Do I skip the first two stitches? I’m knitting in the round. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

It’s likely that you move a beginning of round marker over 2 sts and continue working the sts in pattern. What is the name of the pattern?
