Help with British English, I think

I am knitting this baby bunting bag, and I am at the top of the back piece, and getting ready to decrease for the neckline. It says to adjust after one row on the wrong side. So, what am I supposed to “adjust”? Here is the link to the pattern.

Any help would be appreciated.

I’m Kiwi and no idea, I don’t think it is crucial though, or beyond common sense when you get there… even if you may not know what they meant!

I would take it to mean that these go on the thread after you knit one ws row.

I think it might mean to end on a wrong side, after reaching the length you need.
