I have two questions regarding blocking. I made a vest for my grand daughter with 100% cotton yarn, it is a bit small. Can I make it bigger if I wet block it? Also have just completed a lace knit shawl make of cotton and acrylic. What would be the best way to block it - wet or steam. Thanks for you help
