Hey Folks,
I am new to the knitting world - finishing my first scarf and having trouble binding off - I have one stitch left on my needle and not sure what to do at this point - I would appreciate the help.:??
Just cut your yarn leaving a longish tail. Thread the end through your last stitch, and pull to close! Now you just need to weave in the end somewhere (I hate that part), or leave it until you have a seam to weave it into.
Do just as cspooks said. But if you are adding tassles, you can always try to hide the tail in with one of the tassles. Thats what I did, because I too, despise the weaving in part.

Thanks for the great help - it seems so easy now that I have read the responses (almost like I should have known that). When I decided to start knitting I had no idea how much information and how complex it can be!!
