Help with basic baby sock still

Ok, so I’m at the “heel turning” section. Row 1 says to: k 6 (8) wrap next stitch, turn (wrapped stitch will have 2 loops)

Is the wrap a slipped stitch? That’s what I was doing in the “short row heel” section.

Lots of details help me as this is all new to me. I’m almost ready to give up, and am not sure I did the “short row heel” section right. thanks.

A wrapped stitch is where you bring your yarn around a st on the needle. Amy has a video of it hereShort Row with Wrap…although you are working a heel it will show you how to wrap a stitch :thumbsup:
