Help with a pattern - drawing a blank

Hi,
I started a wrap a couple of years ago and all was going well. Then life got crazy, I had twins and had no time to knit. I am finally able to pick it up again and am drawing a complete blank as to how to do one of the stitches in this pattern. The instructions are as follows:
You do a yarn over, then “insert needle in front of first st and in back of next st and k2 tog”

I had this figured out before, but now I cannot seem to get back into this pattern. Thanks in advance for the help!!

It may be easiest to slip the first stitch to the righthand needle knitwise and then either knit it together through the back loop with the second stitch or slip it back to the lefthand needle and knit the 2sts together through the back loop.
Well, I’ll say life sure does get crazy with twins. Welcome back to knitting.

Thanks! That is how I thought I should try it, but wasn’t feeling confident about it. It is nice to be back knitting.
