Help with a graph pattern

I am knitting this skull scarf for a friend upon request.
The website gives a graph for the skull but not the crossbones. I have tried making this myself, but I am not happy with the results.
The skull is 46 stitches across, and 75 stitches tall.
If someone can please help me find or make a graph pattern for the crossbones then I would really appreciate it!

Here is a site that offers a few ways to chart a pattern. Perhaps one of the methods will work for you. It looks like the crossed bones are about a fourth of the height of the skull and about the same width, so about 46sts by ~20sts.
