It is a the tardis from doctor who, a travel mug tardis cozie to be exact.
The abbreviation means: Knit one WHITE (K1W) and Knit one Blue (K1BL)
Sigh, my only excuse? I was reallllly tired and just plain overthought it!! Sorry guys and thanks for trying to come to my rescue!!

The sense of the W’s got in the Tardis and therefore, until it returned, was not to be found.
