Help w pattern

“Beg w a RS (k) row, work alternating 10 row stripes of M and C, AND AT THE SAME TIME, Inc 1 st at each end of 3rd row and every following 4th row”

So you inc at each end of the 3rd row
Then do you increase at the end of the the 4th, 8th, 12th?

So confused!!??

Inc at the 3rd row, yes.
But after that it’s the “following” 4th so it’s row 7, then 11, 15.
