Help w/pattern instr on Cleo

I am stuck practically at the beginning. This is my first time following a pattern for a wearable top. It seems like it should be fairly simple, so why doesn’t it make sense to me?

Instr say: CO 30[40,50]
Work 2 rows in St st
Work 4 rows in Eyelet Seed Stitch pattern:
[RS]: K2, yo, k2tog, work in seed st to last 4 st, K2tog, yo, K2
[WS]: P3, work in seed st to last 3 st, p3

Here’s where I don’t know what to do next:
Beginning on next RS, work Decrease Row every 4th row 3[5,7] times
Continue to work Eyelet Seed Stitch on WS rows

So do I start the Decrease Row next? The counting is messing me up. Every 4th row would be a WS wouldn’t it? [RS], [WS], [RS], [WS]

This may be very obvious to some, but I just don’t get it.

You’ll do it on the next right side row–call it row 1. Then you’ll be decreasing on rows 5, 9, 13, etc. They’ll be right side.

Ingrid, you’re a doll, I can’t believe you replied so quickly! I wanted to keep going last night, but I had to stop!!!
