What is the name of your pattern and designer?
The decrease row, called Next Row under Beg Side Shaping gives you the placement of the decrease. If you call that row, row 1 then decrease at the same edge (one stitch in from the edge) in rows 19 and 37. Then work 15 rows without any shaping decreases.
