[Help] Slight Problem

Just started knitting today, and I’ve been doing rather fine however I’ve encountered this:

Basically the ball-string came undone from two loops, sorry for the inexperienced terminology, but I hope you understand the gist of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Is this on the first row after you cast on sts (first put them on the needles)?

Oops sorry the image was just working, I’ll take another

edit: reuploaded!

The stitches to the right of where the yarn is hanging are knit, those 2 are not. Put them back on the other needle and then hold the needle with all the stitches in it in your right hand and the one with the 2 in your left hand like they were the last 2 of the row (which they will be then), and knit them. That stitch right next to where the yarn is hanging may need a little fixing as well, it looks like it may not have all of the stitch on the needle. Maybe you can look at it closely and maybe take it off the needles and make sure the needle is going into the middle of the stitch loop and not dividing the strand of yarn.

Welcome to knitting. It is a great craft/hobby.

Seemed to work out great, thank you very much!
