Hi, as anyone done the sirdar 3108 booties pattern, Ive done the hat & mittens, but when it came to the booties, I am struggling to get on with row 5, after after doing the the ribs & increasing sts to gain my 30sts, Ive then gone onto the sst, but row 5 says *knit tog next sts & same st 4 rows below from back, rep from * to end, its confusing me… am I reducing sts?? cause if I am row 6 wants me to increase by 7sts leaving me with 37sts, sorry if thats confusing people,

This row isn’t a decrease row. You’re going to make a fold or ridge by knitting together a stitch on the needle with a stitch 4 rows below in the same column.
I find it helps to pick up the sts on the row 4sts below first so that you know that you have the same number of sts as the current row on the needles. Then you just knit one stitch from each needle together.
