HELP reading pattern

I am new to knitting and trying to learn more techniques. I am not sure how to read this pattern. Can someone please help me.

Cast on 5 stitches. Knit 1 row.
Next row Knit 3, yo, k 2.
Next row Knit 3, yo, k 3.
Next row Knit 3, yo, knit to end.
Repeat last row until there are 126 stitches on needle.
Next Decrease Row Knit 2, k2tog, yo, k2tog, k to end.
Repeat last row until there are 7 stitches on needle.
Next Decrease Row Knit 2, k2tog, k2tog, k to end.
Bind off remaining 5 stitches.

I’m not sure if there’s something in particular that you’re puzzled about in this pattern. There are videos for yarn over (yo) and knit 2 together (k2tog) on the Glossary page that may help. If it’s something else, just post again.

k=knit
yo = yarn over; this is an increase. You create a loop over your needle and knit it like a stitch on the next row.
