Help?:) quick question

Hi! ok so I am knitting a pair of fingerless gloves… And I made several increases… <for thumb gusset>… And then it says ~knit evenly 3 rounds~ I knit through my increases? I want to make sure:) first more advanced project <3

Based on what you posted, I would say, yes. As written, your instructions would have you knitting even all around, including the thumb stitches. Can you link to your pattern?

Here’s the pattern  and then… What are they meaning with the scrap yarn <sentence above fingers and thumb> ? Confused a bit lol

I agree with GG, knit around on all your sts without making any new increases.
When you get to the instructions to put the sts on scrap yarn, you’re holding or separating out sts which will not be worked for a while. These will form part of the thumb. Knit to the first purl st, purl one, then sllip the next 14sts off the left needle and onto a stitch holder or onto a tapestry needle threaded with scrap yarn. Now switch the righthand needle to your left hand and cable or knit cast on 14sts, switch the needle back to your right hand and continue knitting the next sts on the lefthand needle. You’ll keep knitting rounds on these sts to the end and then go back and work on the thumb sts.

See cable or knit cast on here.
