Next Row:work 18 rows decreasing one stitch at raglan edge 1n next and every following alternative row.
It’s the 1n that has thrown me
Could very well be a typo, if you’re going from a printed pattern, check its website(if it has one) and see if there is an errata for it.

okay, i’m an idiot, just now saw it. Megan, it’s a typo, it should read at raglan edge in next, the 1 is in place of the I.
