I can’t work out how to reduce the stitches for shape Raglan…please see photo. Have I Missed something or is there an error?

Welcome to KH!

Very pretty detail in these raglen edges. What size are you making, first, second, etc?
The pattern rows look correct. The slip, knit, pass at the right edge and the k2tog at the left edge are the raglan decreases.
1st Row: K1, s1,k1,psso, yfwd, k1,p1,k2tog, knit to last 7sts, k2togtbl, p1,k1,yfwd,k2tog,k1.

The other decreases are part of the pattern stitch near the beginning and end of row, and are paired with a yarn over (yfwd):
1st Row: K1, s1,k1,psso,yfwd, k1,p1,k2tog, knit to last 7sts, k2togtbl, p1,k1,yfwd,k2tog,k1…
As you decrease, those pattern stitches will shift in toward the center by one stitch each. The next decrease will use up the earlier yfwd so you will have to work the decrease, then a new yfwd, k1,p1,k2tog. Just read the pattern as written and it should work out. The number of knit sts between the edges will keep decreasing.

That’s really helpful thank you
