Help!! Please.. confusion on right side/wrong side

I am a beginner in knitting and knitting an owl… on have cast of and done 15 rows of purl (ws) it is now saying k1, kfb, k to the last 2 sts, kfb, k1 (17 sts, rs) I get the actions I have to do… but I don’t understand the right side bit?! How do I swap to the right side from the wrong side?

Welcome to KnittingHelp!
If you’ve purled for 15 rows, you’ve made a garter stitch fabric. The RS and the WS look the same.
If the row you quoted with the increases, the kfb, is designated a RS row, then you should mark that as the RS. Use a locking marker or a safety pin or a piece of scrap yarn so that you know from now on.
What pattern are you following? Can you give us a link or a pattern name, please?

Ah, ok, you only work one row of 15sts and that’s called a WS row. Then switch the needles in your hands and work the next row, the increase row. That’s the RS row and you should mark that as the RS in case it becomes important later in the pattern.
