Help on increase in pattern

I’m working on the sleeves of a sweater pattern. It says:
Inc 1 st each side of next row, every 4 rows 0(0, 0, 1, 8) times, every 6 rows 0(0, 2, 8, 4) times, then every 8 rows 6(6, 5, 0, 0) - 57 (59, 63, 69, 77) sts.
How do I increase every 4 rows 0 times? Do I knit 4 rows without any increases then go on to the every 6 rows part? This has me really confused.

Welcome to KnittingHelp!
If you see a 0 for your size, skip that direction and go on to the next.
For the third size the directions would be:
Inc 1 st each side of next row, every 6 rows 2 times, then every 8 rows 5 times - 63sts.

Thank you so much, salmonmac. That is the size I am working on, so your response was perfect. And thanks for the welcome as well!
