Hello everyone, I’m new here and hoping someone can please help me , I’ve knitted a baby cardigan and I need to join it together , I have never done this before, here is what it says to do and here is what I’m knitting, thanks in advance

This is a nice way to join the shoulder seam. You could also use a back stitch but this is a very pretty result.
Once you’ve joined both shoulders, pick up and knit the sts like this.
