Help! Need to wash a machine-washable wool

I spilled some coffee on a scarf I made with Lorna’s Laces Shepherds Worsted Multicolor.

It’s machine-washable wool so I was going to throw it in my lingerie bag and wash it with my darks but I don’t know if I can put it in the dryer.

I think I read that with machine-washable wool you have to put it in the dryer to get the feel back into it but I haven’t washed this yet.

All I know is that I spent too much time making this scarf to ruin it.

I put all my superwash stuff through the washer and dryer…

I tossed my Lorna’s Laces scarf into the washer and dryer and it came out fine.

Thanks Lizzie and Jan. I got chicken and pulled it out of the dryer after 15 minutes. It sure dries fast but no felting or going into weird shapes when dry.

The only problem was the fringe got tangled up.
