I can’t quit bidding on yarn on E-bay :passedout: This whaat I’ve got so far
10 balls (1100yds)Alpaca $45.00
1800 yds hand dyed NZ 100% wool $45.03
2 skiens (200yds) handdyed wool/mohair blend $16.73
2 skiens (1120 yds) Interlacement hand dyed Merio worsted $54.00

Then I ordered books from Knit Picks last night
The knitters Companion -Updated
Knit One,Felt Too
The Knitters Book Finishing Techniques
Quick Knits to Wear
Sweater Workshop
The Knitters Handy Book of Patterns------All these books for $97.49

Someone please tell me I got a good deal on the yarn :noway:

It’s really great! I got my Boye interchangeables there for $25. Just go to the crafts section and scroll down to knitting. Right now I’m bidding on a spinning wheel for my daughter-in-law.

I can not help you sorry.

I have my own problem with ebay ermmmmm and the paypal is just a click of the button and it comes from my wonderful generous husbands account :cheering:

However the postman and I see each other so much its a little like having an affair. I thought I saw the neighbours curtain twitching this morning.

I say just make sure you are sitting comfortably when on ebay to prevent any neck or back problems in the future it could interfere with the knitting

Nice to meet you I am so glad its not just me with the ebay habit!

Stop, don’t do it! Until my next check comes (today? oh please, today!) I’m eating croutons and peanut butter. And believe me, that is NOT a tasty combination. I find myself looking at my stash and wishing it were edible, wondering about that bamboo yarn. :verysad:

Julie I think the not feeling and seeing the wool is part of the fun. I havnt been disappointed yet.
