Help me and a friend.

Hello and thanks for viewing this thread. I live in the UK and have a friend from Albania. She is good at conversational English but comes to me when she needs help.

She has asked me to help her buy something like in the picture below. I honestly dont know if it’s a loom/a spinning wheel or something different. If I had a clue what it was called I might have a chance of helping her, she normally hand knits scarves from what I can tell but desperately misses have this piece of equipment.

Any help would be appreciated very much.

It looks like it could be some kind of electric spinning wheel to me, some of them have a box like construction but there are a few different types. Some wool winders can look similar, too.

I think it is an electric spinning wheel (which is used for creating yarn).
