Help! Knitting hat; mysterious loop inside hat!

I am knitting a simple hat that needs to be done Saturday!! There is probably a very simple solution to this, since 4 years ago my knitting teacher fixed it and I forgot how to, but I have no idea and I can’t find it online!

There is a little extra loop on the inside of the hat (like a long purl stitch) and I can’t fix it. Help?

It depends on how the hat looks from the outside.
It lokks like 2 or 3 sts were missed. If it were a single stitch it would be easy enough to knit to that column of sts, ladder down to the loop and place it back on the needle. You could do this for each of the missed sts if you wish or you could tack the loop to the inside with some thread.
