I’m doing the skill level easy pattern for a sweater. The pattern

I’m doing the back and it says ‘join second strand’. I’m
doing mine all in one color. Does this mean second
color or? I fear it does not and I’ve already bound off!
(can one frog a bind off?)
Did you bind off all the stitches or just the center ones on the back?
A sweater will have you join a second strand so you can work the shoulders each with their own strand. If you only bound off the center, you should be ok.
If you need to frog a bind off, the only stitch that’s difficult is the final one. Once you pick that out, the rest pop off without a problem. I didn’t look at the pattern, because I don’t know where my number is to sign in, and you have to sign in to see the pattern.

In fact, this is why I say to ‘trust the pattern.’ Just do what they say, don’t try to understand, and it usually comes out right in the end. Then you understand.
