Ok so I am not sure how to do this I have live stitches on my needles and they are between two BO sections so there is no tail of yarn to join. All the videos seem to be for changing color or staying the same color but joining a yarn tail that is already there…I have no yarn tail to join just the loops on my needles (stitches) so how do I start knitting on them again? Please help
Use the end from a ball of yarn and just start knitting. Hold the tail end in place for the first st or so and then continue knitting as usual. You can tighten up that first st and weave in the end of yarn later. The beginning of thisvideo is very similar to your situation if you imagine that she has bound off sts on either side of her knitted work.
