Hello lovely knitters,
I’m most of the way through making my first jumper and this is part of the pattern towards the top of my sleeve. I’ve been struggling with exactly what the part in red means. Does it mean I should work the first decrease row then 6 more rows decreasing on each alternate row? Or should I continue working the rows in blue including my decreases there. It’s the only part of the pattern that’s worded this way and I find it very unclear. Don’t want to end up 6 rows out in any direction.
Thanks!
What set of figures are you following eg how many stitches have you got now?
I’m using the third set inside the brackets. So I should have 28 after the red section
Call the next row, row 1. Decrease at each end of rows 1, 3,5 and 7. That’ll be 8sts decreased.
