Help in reading the pattern

can anyone help me in reading these steps

cast on 76[76, 92, 92, 92, 108, 108] sts. Work the following six rounds for the collar:
Rnd 1: Work in seed stitch, placing markers after each set of sts as follows: 9[9, 13, 13, 13, 17, 17] sts for first sleeve, pm, 29[29, 33, 33, 33, 37, 37] sts for the front, pm, 9[9, 13, 13, 13, 17, 17] sts for second sleeve, pm, 29[29, 33, 33, 33, 37, 37] sts for the back. If using a shorter circular to work in the round, place a 4th marker for the beginning of the round.
Rnd 2: * Kfb, work in seed stitch to one st before marker, kfb, slip marker (sm), repeat from * around: 84[84, 100, 100, 100, 116, 116] sts.
Rnds 3-6: Repeat Rnds 1 and 2, twice: 100[100, 116, 116, 116, 132, 132] sts.

What don’t you understand and what size are you knitting? All the different numbers are for different sizes, so it may help if you circle or highlight the ones for the size you’re making and ignore the rest of them.

These are the only numbers that you need to follow. Placing the markers on this row will guide you for your increases for the rest of the sweater.

Just use the first numbers k9, place marker, k29, place marker and so on. The markers separate the different sections of the yoke - front, sleeve, back, sleeve, front. They also indicate where you do the increases, one before and after the markers on the next row, along with an increase at the beginning and end of the row.
