Help identifying stitch name

I am trying to replicate this stitch, but cannot find the name anywhere. Would anyone know the name and how this stitch pattern is acheived? First image is front side and the second inage is the back side.

You may try looking through the “new stitch a day” website. They have sooooooo many different tutorials. You may hit pay dirt.
