HELP! I need the circumference of toddler's head

[FONT=Comic Sans MS][SIZE=3][COLOR=DarkRed]I just finished a toddler’s pullover and want to knit a hat to go with it.
With 45 years of knitting books, you’d think I’d have something with a plain, ordinary hat for tot. NOPE!
Babies and kids, but none for a tot.

Anyone here with a child 18 to 24 months old who could put a measuring tape around their head for me?
I’m hoping I will be able to take an average of several measurements.

The age of the child with the measurement would be appreciated.

My son is 18 months old and has a 19 1/2 inch head just measured earlyer this week lol
