Help! I knit, but not Crochet

I found this great hat… Unfortunately I don’t know how to crochet, but I can knit… Can anybody help??

Find a basic or striped hat pattern in knit and change the colors. You don’t need to crochet it to make the colored stripes.

Take a look at lionbrand.com. punch in ear flap knit hat and you’ll see a page with several - two of which are easy and pretty much what you want. They’re not striped but you can add stripes if you want. You can see the pictures but will have to join(free)to see the free patterns. Try it, you might like them. Jean
