Help! how do I fix this - forgot to do a YO increase

I am doing a sweater pattern which requires a yarn over increase on either side - I forgot to do it two rows back and I have no idea how to fix this.

I know how to use a crochet hook if I had say, purled instead of knit, but don’t know how to add a yo increase back in.

Any videos that would show this? Or pictures or advice? I really want to keep going on this project, and I feel sooo dumb I can’t figure out how to fix this.

Here’s a link… I asked the same thing a little while ago…

You can use the crochet hook to pick up the yarn strand between the 2 sts where it should have gone, and then on the next row too. Sort of like picking up a stitch that dropped. They may be a little tight, but you can use the hook to wiggle some extra yarn from the sts beside them.

thanks! I will have to try this when my boys take their naps & I have some quiet time.
