Hi,
I just realized that I dropped a stitch in my first color (white) and I didn’t know that, so I started knitting my second color (pink).
Am I too late to fix this? Is this even fixable? Do I really need to rip the pink yarn out and fix the hole in the white?
Any help would be great! Thanks!
Welcome!
Definitely fixable. Put a stitch marker or scrap of yarn into the dropped loop to keep it from dropping further. You can ladder up the stitch as far as possible, certainly up to the pink yarn and maybe a couple of rows further.
Then it’ll become too tight to ladder all the way to the needle. You’ll have to tie it off with a strand of pink yarn. Weave in the ends of this scrap yarn after tying it off on one of the ladders.
