Has anyone knit this sweater? I’m having trouble deciperhing the pattern starting with the armholes. The armholes start at the end of a chart - the pattern says to work chart until Row 24 has been completed then shape the armhole working chart as established, bind off 4 sts at beginning of next two rows then decrease 1 st each side of every row 12 times and at the same time, beginning on Row 7 of armhole shaping, shape left placket opening and Neck (how the heck do I keep track of all this!??! LOL)
HOWEVER - the [I]chart[/I] doesn’t indicate the start of armhole shaping until row 35.
And, of course, I have worked through row 28 of the chart. I can’t seem to figure out if I need to rip out 4 rows and start decreasing or … WAIT - I might have just figured it out!!! DUH, I’m a dummy!!!
I should have started the decreases at row 25 - that doesn’t mean the chart decreases until the row decreases start to hit the chart… DUH!! Yes, I DO have to rip out four rows. UGH!!!
