Hehe

I’m showing my husband all the different types of things to spin out there. He’s like, “so get it”. LOL Well, I told him that I wanted to practice more before getting into more expensive stuff. He sighed and ordered the silk sampler thing from the Woolery. Talk about an enabler. LOL

:happydance:

OOOOOOOOOOOOOH! He’s a keeper!

:yay:

I love husbands that enable us!

Last spring before I headed to a fiber fest, DH said, “Get what you want!” I grinned and asked him, “What I want or what I need?” He replied, “What you want.” (I had my mad money from the winter sales at our indoor farmer’s market)

I brought home 4 raw fleeces, a couple pounds each of white alpaca, tan alpaca (both raw - great deals - stuff as much you could in paper lunch sacks for $5), a couple pounds of corriedaleXmohair roving, a butterfly loom and a spinning wheel (70’s era Ashford traddy for $100 in silent auction)

I love that man! :muah:

I think you will love silk. I know I do…
