Heavy Worsted?

Is heavy worsted weight the same as chunky or bulky? If not, what is heavy worsted? Is it almost the same as worsted only a tiny bit heavier? Just trying to figure out all the lingo and labels! (I personally like the numbering system, but not everyone uses it.)

I always think of heavy worsted as an aran weight wool. Not quite worsted, not quite bulky.
